He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Elaine "Bobbie" Doubts Thompson; his parents, Harold E. Thompson and Kathryn F. Esch Thompson; and his siblings, Elizabeth McLucas, Elsie Ranck, Bertha Ranck, Harold Thompson and Robert Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin C. Thompson (Fay) of Coatesville and Kimberly C. Baker (Bruce) of Coatesville; and his grandchildren, Kathryn, Joseph and Nicholas Thompson.
