She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Buchy and Celia Buchy (Wootten); her husband Edward R. Horn Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Buchy, Edward Buchy Jr., Elizabeth Atkinson, Anita McHugh and Judith Wilbanks. She is also survived by 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
