He was predeceased by: his parents, David Felton and Frances Felton Glodis (Wilson). He is survived by: his spouse Sandra Felton (Baxter); his sons, Tracy Felton (Heather) of Indiana and Gary Felton (Kimberly) of Commodore; his grandchildren, Mark Mano (Jenny) of Rochester, NH, Crystal Timko (Mark, Jr.) of Darlington, Drew Felton (Caci) of Beaver, Gary Felton, Jr. (Sheena Miller) of Clymer and Michael Felton of Virginia; his great grandchild Tyler Felton of Clymer; and his pet Daisy.
