He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duggan and Mary Duggan; and his siblings, Eileen Duggan and Sydney Duggan. He is survived by: his child Eileen Duggan; his grandchildren, Alicia Duggan, Leeann Duggan, Matt Duffy, Katie Duffy, Andrea Fly, Ella Duggan, Anna Duggan, Ethan Duggan and Stetson Duggan; his great grandchild Lauren; and his son Andre III. He is also survived by wife, family and friends.
