He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neff and Regina Ritzert Neff; and his brothers, Elmer Neff, Harry Neff and George Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kusner Neff; his children, Edward Leo Neff (Trina) of Fenelton, Randolph Charles Neff (Virginia) of Chicora, Rickie Lee Neff (Shawnee) of Petrolia and Lisa Diana Metrick (Michael) of Chicora; his grandchildren, Charles "Chaz" Neff, Brandy Kaiser (B. J.), Amber Cook (Deryk), Autumn Schreiber (Zach), Allison Hibner (Chris), Alyssa Neff, Austin Neff (Alyssa), Raegen Neff and Emerson Neff; his great grandchildren, Shaelynn, Paxton, Arkin, Alexander, Owen and Laura; and his siblings, Anthony Neff (Roberta), Jack Neff (Bonnie) and Marcella Desmond (Raymond). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
