He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shoaf (Grove); his children, Thomas C. Shoaf, Jr. of Natrona Heights, Dawn Howells (Michael) of Natrona Heights, James Shoaf (Michelle) of Somerset and Jarrod Shoaf (Crystal) of Karns City; and his siblings, John Shoaf, Mark Shoaf (Holly) of Pittsburgh and Linda Ross (Terry). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
