She was predeceased by: her father George Parkin; her husband Milton Sultzer Sr.; her children, Larry Sultzer and Linda Kotts; and her siblings, Georgetta Beacom, Verna Raynovich, Sara Champion, Harry, David, George, Ronald, William and Malcolm Parkin.
She is survived by: her children, Milton Sultzer Jr. (Kim) of Indianola, Bruce Sultzer of Rural Ridge and Lorie Hoffman (Fred) of North Carolina; her sister Sheryl Snow of Ohio; and her children-in-law, Georgette Sultzer and Dave Kotts. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
