We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024, at the age of 87, William Peerce of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Colmar Manor, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact William had on those he encountered along his journey. Though William may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Peerce and Edith Peerce (Irving). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Peerce (Neal); and his children, Dawn Schaefer of Chambersburg, Wanda Worrell of Mercersburg, PA, Vickie Harmon of Shady Side, MD, Pady Peerce-Short of Oxford, MD, L. Dean Murray of Long Island, NY, Ellie Peerce of Independence, KY and Terri Peerce of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
