He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Rock, Sr. and Madeline Johns Rock; and his siblings, Edward Rock, Jr., Carolyn Caldwell and Norma Gsell.
He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Desoi Rock; his granddaughter Katrina Covert (Chet) of Martinsburg, WV; his daughter Jeanette Dean (Brian); his granddaughters, Corrine and Carissa of Greencastle; his daughter Michaela Lang; his grandchildren, Jason and Madison of Germany; his daughter Nicole Schaber; his grandchildren, Malu, Moana and Noah of Germany; his siblings, Nancy Worthing (Gerald) of Waterfall, Joseph Rock, Sr. (Mary Lou) of Fayetteville, Barbara Garland of Chambersburg and Regis Rock (Carol) of Chambersburg; and his godson Edward Barnhart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
