He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Wagner Herman and Harold L. Herman, Sr.; and his sister Charlotte Huber. He is survived by: his wife Anne Coffin Herman; his daughter Elaine Paszkowski (Paul) of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Ethan and Bethany Paszkowski; and his siblings, Judy Mitchell (Jim) of Chambersburg and Larry Herman (Marita) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
