He was predeceased by: his brother Walter J. Udovich; and his child Elizabeth E. "Beth" Udovich. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his siblings, Norman J. Udovich of Ridley Park and Inez M. Winter of San Diego, CA; his sister-in-law Jean Feeney of West Chester; and also, Kate Kroszner (Chris) of Perkasie, John T. Udovich (Alice) of Philadelphia, Natalie Tackitt (Mike) of Liberty, NC, Meg Sandilands (Gus) of Linwood, NJ, Clem Udovich (DeeDee) of Annandale, NJ, Michael Udovich (Linda) of Brookhaven, Patrick Udovich (Megan) of Media and Regina Turnbach (Tom) of Willow Grove. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
