He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Ravi Booth and Anne S. Booth (Chapman); and his son Billy Booth. He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Booth; his son David; his stepdaughter Lynn Curtis-Hedden (late Wayne); and his siblings, Mary Doty, Sally Bierman (Bob) and Jon Booth (Trish). He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics of PA or Veterans organizations.
