Levan, Jr. of Shickshinny; his grandchildren, Jaime Leighton (Doug), Robert McClosky, Alexis Polcyn (Austin), Aysia Sherman, Nickolas Sherman, Lucas Sherman, Julian Sherman, Kayla Levan, Olivia Temple and Brendon Levan; and his great grandchildren, Madalyn Leighton, Michael Leighton and Greyson Polcyn.
