He is survived by: his parents, Keith Hoffman and Toni Hoffman (Spess); his children, Taylor Hoffman, Turner Hoffman, Tyler Farkas and Tanner Shelanick; and his granddaughters, Lydia and Arya. He is also survived by his parents and wife.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mark's children at the service or c/o the funeral home.
