He was predeceased by: his sisters, Helen Hornberger and Laura Green. He is survived by: his wife Jody (Wagner); his siblings, Paul Weinreich, Al Weinreich, Louanne Weinreich and Tommy Laughlin; his nieces, Kelly Strauss (Rocky) and Janie Hornberger (Michael); his great-niece Miranda Blandford (Ryan); his great-nephew Braxton (Britlyn); and also, Laura, Braelyn and Brody. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
