She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chervenak and Mary Chervenak. She is survived by: her brother George Chervenak (Barbara); her children, Stacy Slater and Tiffany Morris; her sister MaryAnn Callahan (Chuck); her grandsons, Brandon Slater and Josh Doyle; and her great grandchildren, Anthony and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
