He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia L. Kubiak (Fischer); and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his children, Lisa A. Krapas (Douglas), Curtis J. Kubiak (Lorianne) and Brian M. "Boo" Kubiak; his grandchildren, Brandon, Alexander, Leif Krapas, Adam, Joseph and Martin Kubiak; his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Annabelle Krapas, Braden and Caleb Kubiak; and his siblings, Kate, Betty and Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
