He is survived by: his wife Penelope "Penny" Umpleby (Fulton); his children, Jill Cesarz (Jeff) of Kernersville, Judy Decker (Jeff) of Hummelstown, PA and Jason Umpleby (Jennifer) of Carlisle, PA; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Umpleby, Heather Umpleby, Danielle Traylor, Zoe Chadwick, Dylan Cesarz, Christopher Toevs, Mitchell Toevs and Marcus Toevs.
