He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Pearce and Ruth Robinson Pearce. He is survived by: his close friend Pandora Yates; his daughters, Angela McHale (Zack) and Carey Hayes (Curtis) of Visalia, CA; his stepsons, Jason Miller (Patricia) and Gary Yates (Christina); his sister Linda Thomas of Belvidere, IL; and his grandchildren, Madalyn, Elizabeth McHale, Christian Miller, John Jenkins, Jacob Hayes, Michael Yates and Thomas Scribner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church, 58 River St., Carbondale, PA 18407.
