He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Melnyk and Joan Whoeler Melnyk. He is survived by: his son Glenn Melnyk Jr. (Danielle); his grandchildren, Anthony, Noah, Amelia and Wyatt; and his siblings, Victoria Davis (Peter), Kimberly Koons (Bill) of Leesburg, Fla., Deborah Geoghan and Anthony Melnyk of Keysport, N. J.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
