He was predeceased by: his wives, Angela DeFazio and Evelyn Sirianni Tarchak; his parents, John Kucharski and Blanche Wenski Kucharski; his grandson Thomas Tarchak, Jr.; and his siblings, Walter, John, Stanley, Leo, Thaddeus, Blanche Anzalone, Freda Rygiel and Wanda O'Neill.
He is survived by: his son John Kucharski (Ann); his grandchildren, Jill Edgington (Patrick), Justin Kucharski (Jerilyn) and Angela Dale (Christopher); his stepchildren, Thomas Tarchak (Judy), Frank Tarchak Ann Black (Robert), Richard Tarchak and Theresa Salansky; and his sister Irene Bambera. He is also survived by grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
