He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Nichol and Gladys Brennan Bayley; his sisters, Marian Mazza and Margaret "Peggy" Grizzanti; his niece Kayla Nakonechni; and his brother-in-law Cecil Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jane "B. J." Moffitt Bayley; his children, Richelle Bayley, Charles "C. J." S. Bayley, Jr. and Jason Usher (Christine Latona); his sisters, Ann and Georgia; his niece Debra Grizzanti McGovern; his brothers-in-law, Joseph Mazza and Anthony Grizzanti; and his parents-in-law, Jane Moffitt and Robert Downing. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
