She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kondrat and Petronella Baublus Kondrat; her daughter Diane Washeleski; and her siblings, John, Joseph, Helen Gulbin and Aldona O'Boyle.
She is survived by: her son David M. Washeleski (Katie); her son-in-law Edmund Wahseleski; and her grandsons, John and Jacob Washeleski. She is also survived by great granddaughter, nieces and nephews.
