She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmerson S. Kelley and Ruth Kelley (Bennett); and her siblings, Margaret, Ronald Larry, Kevin and Dick.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Rusk; her daughters, Tawnee Rusk of Beaufort, SC and Kelley Rusk of Beaufort, SC; her grandson Mason Pelachick; and her sisters, Barb Reid of Lisbon Falls and Janet Cooke of Pottsville, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
