He was predeceased by: his siblings, Martin V. Rockwell and James H. Rockwell. He is survived by: his parents, Martin L. Rockwell and Violet V. Rockwell; his sibling Jane Palmeter; his wife Carol R. Rockwell; his children, Douglas (Susan), Stuart (Deborah) and Sally Rockwell; his grandchildren, Martin, Stacia, Grant, Margaret and Carolyn; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Niah, Tre and Jean; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by father/grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
