He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Harkness and Louise Pierce Harkness; his siblings, Willard, Marian, Harry, George, Eleanor, Dorothy, Donald and Jane; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Metzger, Bud Pepper, Tony Passamato, Jimmy Moryan, Hilda Harkness, Mary Harkness and Eleanor Harkness; and also E. Marie Harkness (Metzger).
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Charles, Audrey Brackman, Shirley Harkness, Norma Nichols, Linda Pepper and Viola Metzger; his children, Arthur Jr., Ruby Sosa (Jim), Clayton Harkness (Sally) and Cassi Ney (Wim); his grandchildren, Kyle Harkness (Rosie), Zachary Harkness (Debbie), Taylor Harkness (Brittney), Sebastiaan Ney and Quinn Pancott (Brendan); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Rory, Lincoln, Olivia, Ethan and Liam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Art may be made to the LeRoy Heritage Museum or the Bradford County Manor Activities Department.
