He is survived by: his parent Doris Jeanne Encapera (Franks); his wife Kathy Grooms of California, PA; his children, Tobi Lacey (Donald) of Blainesburg, PA, Shane Thomas Grooms of New Kensington, PA, Seth Joseph Grooms of California, PA and Kami Cramer (Dan) of Monessen, PA; his siblings, Ronald Leroy Grooms (Janelle) of Johnson City, TN and Gloria Jeanne Trettel (Bob) of Monongahela, PA; and his grandchildren, Colton Lacey, Madelyn Lacey and Caleb Grooms.
