She is survived by: her children, Paul, Katina Carlstrom (Brian) of Rockville Centre, Nikki Thomas Casuccio of Fairmont, James Thomas (Tara) of Wheeling and Dax Thomas (Jan) of California; her grandchildren, Luke Carlstrom of Lexi Casuccio, J. T, Jett Thomas, Geno Casuccio, Sam Thomas, Kianna Casuccio, Colt Thomas and Drew Thomas; and her sisters, Rebecca Ujcich (Michael) of Lexington and Katina Kellas-Coyne of Wheeling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
