It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaclyn Fuchick (California, Pennsylvania), born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bonnie Deems and Jack James Fuchick; her grandparents, Carol Louise Forsythe Firestone and Clifford Deems; her uncle Kenneth Deems; her son Nathan Lee Hauschel of Isabella, PA; her grandmother Carolyn Deems; her brother Justin Fuchick (Jenny); and her aunts and uncles, Cindy, Don Lacey, Kimberly Parrot, Bob Deems and Debbie Vernet.
