He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Johnson (Huey); and his grandson John Waller III. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Lutz (Jim) of California, Patty Rongaus (Lee) of Donora, PA and Susan Bean (Brian Kendall) of West Brownsville, PA.
