He was predeceased by: his parents, Dario Henry and Betty Louise Bellotti (Rupert); and his sisters, Bonnie Hynick, Sandy Walker and Betty Lou Leightley.
He is survived by: his close friend Frederick Guilliams; his sister Daria Petrie; and his nieces and nephews, Keith, Stuart, Tyler, Crystal and Deanna.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
