She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Wise and Alice Monks Wise; her husband Donald P. Herold; her siblings, Loyal Wise, Alvin "Bus" Wise, Paul Wise, George Wise, Helen Richards, Florence E. Leslie, Mary Alice Wise and Joan Bachman; and her granddaughter Rosa Lynne Kapalka.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Beale of Pittsburgh, Kay L. VanDervort (Chris) of New Kensington, Sue McCann (Kerry) of Pittsburgh and Diana "Dizy" Kapalka (Paul) of Cabot; her brother Raymond Wise of Butler; and her grandchildren, Travis Beale (Rhiannon) of Cabot, Nicole Capone (Anthony) of Leechburg, Melissa VanDervort (Lee Blair) of Leechburg, Maya McCann (Steven Lo) of Richmond, VA, Jing McCann of Pittsburgh and Alyza Kapalka (Brooke Nelson) of Saxonburg. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
