He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Jr. Saul and Alice Davis Saul; his son Matthew Saul; his father-in-law Andrew Erie; and his sister-in-law Karen Erie.

He is survived by: his wife Kim M. Saul; his sons, David Saul of Butler and Steven Saul of Slippery Rock; his daughter-in-law Elaine Saul; his brothers, Robert Saul (Bonnie), John Saul (Tracy) and William "Pete" Saul; his mother-in-law Virginia Erie; and his sister-in-law Kathy Erie. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandson.
