He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edward Paul and Leona Luwela Paul (Eversole); and his former wife Mildred Louise Caldwell Paul. He is survived by: his wife Joy Carpenter Paul; his sons, Jonathan Paul (Amy) and Jason Paul (Grace); his grandchildren, Dyana Joy, Addison Grace, Jared Lee, Jillian Faith, Kaylyn Hope and Gretchen Love; and his brother Stephen Paul (Nanci). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
