It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa D. Adams (Broomall, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 11, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Adams. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Trevisan (Mark), Cynthia Anderson (John) and Tracy Adams (Randy); her grandchildren, Kierston (Drew), Kellee, Taylor, Kelsi, Bryce and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Will, Giuliana, Peyton and Brooklyn; and her brother Richard Poli (Ruth).
