He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Loughlin and Grace Ann Loughlin (Stong). He is survived by: his former wife Henrietta Loughlin (Smith); his spouse Chris Loughlin; his aunt Chris; and his siblings, Lawrence (Beatrix) and Patricia Loughlin Gaskin (Walter) of Rio Rico, AZ.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
