He is survived by: his parent Frances Hails (Murphy); his daughter Elizabeth Miller of New Tripoli; and his siblings, Richard Hails (Linda) of Kansas City, MO, Anne Norman of Chilhowee, MO and Mary Lou James of Buffalo, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
