She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Guth and Anna Guth (Moyer); and her siblings, Edgar, Charles, David and Carol Kulp (David John Malloy, Sr.).
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Nonnemaker (David) of Slatington, David John Jr. (Stephanie) of Owensboro, KY, Terri Roberts (William) of Pottsville, Dawn Elizabeth Moll (Scott David) of Breinigsville and Alicia Fisher (David) of Kutztown; and her sister Marilyn Stewart of Bethlehem. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
