He was predeceased by: his parents, Drew P. Fitzpatrick and Eleanor J. Fitzpatrick Messics (Kurtz). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Fitzpatrick (Stehman); his daughter Colleen A. Althouse (Shawn, Sr.) of Germansville; his sisters, Carol A. D'Arconte (Oreste) of Attleboro, MA and Geneva R. Greth of Sinking Spring; his grandchildren, Shawn, Jr., Christopher, Kiley and Connor; and his great grandchild Charlie.
