He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley L. Moser (Oswald); his parents, Arthur P. Moser and Anna A. Moser (Flicker); his children, LeRoy A. (Kim), Larry A. (Wanda), LaRue A. Moser and Laurie A. Heagy; and his siblings, Paul H. (Loretta), Irene Kressley, Ellen Miller, Faye (Skip Ketz) and Beatrice Fegely. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
