She was predeceased by: her father James Joseph Prochaska; and her sister Karen Natalie. She is survived by: her mother Mary Votel (Groome); her brothers, Jim, Bob (Birgit) and Marc; and her nieces, Nicole, Bryanna, Jamie and Lyndsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montgomery County Association for the Blind (25 E Marshall St, Norristown, PA 19401) in Mary's name.
