He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Johnson and Annie Johnson (Giles); and his siblings, Carl Johnson and Mabel Guldin. He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Johnson (Karen) and Rita J. Kayhart (Arthur); and his grandchildren, Samantha J. Roberts (Kenneth), Trevor J. Johnson (Jessica), Matthew A. Kayhart (Abby) and Noah T. Kayhart (Lauren).
