Marsha J. Farrow Obituary

She is survived by: her parents, David Lucas and Sandra Lucas; her husband Charles Farrow III; her children, Shannon, Kelly (Michael Mazzei) and Charles IV (Emily); her sister Jill Connelly (Lucas); and her grandchildren, Teagan Mazzei and Farrow. She is also survived by three nephews and two nieces, four furbabies, and numerous other close family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Marsha's name to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center or Berks County Animal Rescue League.
