She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Mills and Viola P. Mills (Swartz); her husband Charles H. Parks; and her sisters, Emily Felker and Mary Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Parks (Sharon), Michelle M. Smith (Scott Spaide) of Millville and Stephen R. Parks (Chris) of Sugarloaf; her grandchildren, Bethany (Randy Whitenight), Dana Parks, Johnathan Smith (Andrea), Levi Smith, Christopher Parks, Caleb Parks, Jedediah Parks and Ethan Parks; and her great grandchild Parker Smith.
