Friend of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Torpy and Audrey Ruby Torpy (Parsons); her husband William James Friend Jr.; and her sister Marilyn Day. She is survived by: her son Thomas; and her sister Carol Lackey (Robert) of Wellsboro, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and two grandchildren.
