He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bucher and Ethel Bucher (Gillaspy); and his brother Marvin Bucher. He is survived by: his wife Erla Mae Heacock; his daughter Jennifer (Robert Bingaman); his granddaughters, Sabrina Bingaman, Katelyn Bingaman and S. Navy; and his brother Robert Ellis.
