He is survived by: his parents, Donna K. and David P. Woodward; his wife Heather A. McNelis (Baylor); his sons, Garrett M. McNelis of Bloomsburg and Aiden R. McNelis of Bloomsburg; his siblings, Tammy L. Kline (Paul) of Myerstown and Timothy B. Smith (Dara) of Wilkes-Barre; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Aaron, Noah Kline, Shea Smith, Haley Hughes, Jacqueline Carter, Jared, Ethan, Anne Snyder, Matthew and Madeline Lee.
