She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Bitler and Ruth Bitler (Andress); her husband Roland L. Starr, Sr.; and her daughter Euphemia Lee "Tiny" Starr. She is survived by: her children, Dennis F. Starr (Pamela) of Conyngham, Roland L. Starr, Jr. (Linda) of Bloomsburg, Atley N. Starr (Deborah) of Bloomsburg and Audrey Ann (Larry Hartzell) of Bloomsburg; and her niece Judy Traver of Falls, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great grandchildren, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
