It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Goldie English (Blairsville, Pennsylvania), born in Black Lick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Shirley and Mary Shirley (Palmer); her husband Robert English; her stepchildren, Alvin English and Sandy Sulkosky; and her siblings, Roberta Bryner and Kenneth "Butch" Shirley.
She is survived by: her friend Victor Buchinski of Black Lick, PA; and her siblings, Violet Palmer of Josephine, PA, Lucille McKendrick of Black Lick, PA, Thelma Plovetsky (Larry) of Black Lick, PA, Luther "Sam" Shirley (Linda) of Blairsville, PA and Thomas Shirley (Claire) of Black Lick, PA. She is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
