He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fillmore and Marie Mae McMullen (Potts); and his son Gregory McMullen. He is survived by: his children, Lori M. Wagner (Barry) of Muhlenberg Twp and Jeffrey McMullen (Sherry) of Winter Haven, FL; and his grandchildren, Elysa, Evan, Tyler and Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N 11th St Reading PA 19604.
